Overview

The manufacturing process includes the following steps: - Mixing of ingredients - Homogenization of mixture - Spray drying - Vibrating drying - Sieving - Package The plant is described as having excellent construction design, operational ease, and smooth and hassle free operations. Materials for manufacturing the machine can be AISI304 or 316L, heating methods can be steam, electricity, or gas-furnace, and control system options include simple push button and PLC+HMI, with control systems designed on request. The line produces non-dairy creamer (coffee mate) that is described as having good water solubility, increased cream and polydispersity, and the ability to form a steady liquid cream in water; the creamer is said to improve internal food structure, increase aroma and fat, and make taste fine and smooth. Produced instant powder non-dairy creamer is intended for use with coffee and for deployment in a wide variety of milk tea, instant cereal, cakes, biscuits and so on.
