Mondomix BMS

Overview

The Mondomix BMS batter mixing system is a modular, compact wafer batter mixing system that can be configured according to the application. The system consists of a mixing cell, a buffer tank and a control and instrumentation station (CIS); the setup can be modified with different tank executions, automation modules and other add-ons. Each mixing cell has a control panel for programmed mixing sequences, with an option for automation to make processes reproducible. The machine is made of stainless steel, equipped with short pipes for easy cleaning, and uses intensive circulation of ingredients to produce lump-free batter in a short time. The Mondomix BMS is intended for wafer applications and supports production of flat wafers, hollow wafers, molded cones and cups, and rolled cones. Its flexible control architecture allows integration into a production line and operation via programmed mixing sequences or automation to deliver reproducible, lump-free batter.
