Acid circulation

Overview

Acid circulation is presented as Inbatec’s acid circulation technology offered in partnership with Digatron and combined with Digatron’s formation rectifier to optimize the formation process for lead-acid batteries. Acid density and temperature curves are constantly optimized through this unique combination. By means of a defined process control, optimal acid density and temperature can be continually guaranteed at any time. The solution has a modular design that makes it highly scalable so production capacity can be increased incrementally and with little effort. Inbatec plans and produces systems for the formation of lead-acid batteries in automotive and industrial applications according to the highest quality requirements, and their systems are characterized by high productivity, reproducible quality, and a high degree of flexibility and functionality that allow rapid adaptation to modified product requirements. Suitable devices: Digatron formation rectifiers (multiple-circuit formation rectifiers for lead-acid batteries). Used to improve battery charging technology during the formation period by continually optimizing acid density and temperature curves. Provides defined process control to guarantee optimal acid density and temperature at any time during formation. Enables incremental, low-effort increases in production capacity through a modular design and is intended to be used with Digatron formation rectifiers.
