Busbar Machine

Overview

The Busbar Machine is specialized for manufacturing aluminum and copper busbars and integrates punching, bending and cutting operations; it can also perform embossing, twisting, flattening and pressing tie-in. Main features include double column cutting with a smooth cutting surface and no burr, a rotary turret punch system with 6 dies for reduced die replacement, and a double work table that provides three work positions usable at the same time. The machine is controlled by a PLC and offers bending angle digital input with record and auto-save; manual button and foot switch are optional.
