DELTA SLANT

Overview

DELTA SLANT is offered in two versions: Classic and Performance. Measuring Range (in mm) - X: 2500 - 3000 - 3500 - 4000; Measuring Range (in mm) - Y: 3300 - 5100 - 6300 - 8000; Measuring Range (in mm) - Z: 2000 - 2500 - 3000. Accuracy (µm): MPEE= from 3.8 + 3.5 L/1000. Structural thermal compensation is applied on all models to reduce dimensional drift from temperature changes. The Performance version includes a high-stiffness silicon carbide ram to increase structural rigidity. An Optional HH-ACW-43MW continuous wrist is available for applications requiring uninterrupted probe orientation. The machine is specified to operate in ambient temperatures that vary between 16 and 26 °C. An optional SF-Kit (Shop Floor) is available to adapt either Classic or Performance models for installation in a workshop environment. Configured with measuring envelopes up to X 4000 mm, Y 8000 mm and Z 3000 mm, the DELTA SLANT suits large-part dimensional inspection and metrology tasks in industrial production and manufacturing R&D. The Performance version with silicon carbide ram targets applications needing higher stiffness and better resistance to deformation under probe loads. The Optional HH-ACW-43MW continuous wrist supports continuous scanning or complex-surface measurement where probe orientation must be maintained during motion. The SF-Kit enables deployment in shop-floor environments while structural thermal compensation and the specified ambient temperature range (16–26 °C) support repeatable measurement performance in controlled production and workshop contexts.
