Seal pin welding machine

Overview

Seal pin welding machine features laser cleaning before welding to remove oxidated layer and stain and offers high compatibility with quick changeover. The welding horn can be adjusted in X, Y and Z axis, and the three axis positions are controlled by a program; parameters can be set and the defocusing amount can be controlled through HMI. The welding station features a protective lens, gas flow protection & dust removal system. Included units and stations: - Laser cleaning unit - Seal pin insertion unit - Sealing pin welding unit - CCD inspection unit - Helium filling unit Standard: CCD positioning of filling hole. Optional items listed include Code scanning unit, Continuous laser welding unit, Chiller, and Dust collector. Performs laser cleaning before welding to remove oxidated layer and stain. Provides seal pin insertion and seal pin welding with CCD correction function and standard CCD positioning of filling hole. Includes CCD inspection and helium filling capabilities, with optional code scanning and continuous laser welding supported.
