Overview

High Speed Disperser 100LCI-T - 1HP is a laboratory batch table top standalone mixer with a 2" saw-tooth open disk disperser blade. It is powered by a 1 HP variable speed drive with an IEC 55/NEMA 12 motor designed for 115 V, 1 Ph., 60 Hz input and provides 500 to 10,000 rpm (speed accurate to within +/- 1% across the full rpm range). Operation supports constant speed and constant torque modes and includes a digital electronic variable speed control system calibrated to +/-1%. A 4" color touch screen displays rpm, percent of load, batch timer and temperature (up to 300°F or 150°C) and provides start/stop, speed increase/decrease, timer function keys, batch/cycle time program screens, speed calibration and temperature calibration.
