Overview

TH800A单工位卧式加工中心 is a full-function horizontal machining center developed by our company on the basis of mass-produced machining centers and by absorbing and digesting advanced domestic and foreign technologies. Its main characteristics are large tool magazine capacity, fast tool change speed, high spindle speed, and fast three-axis rapid movement, enabling fast cutting and improved machining efficiency. The machine provides high-speed milling, boring, turning, and rigid tapping functions. Supplied accessories include an instruction manual, training, jigs (fixtures), cutting tools, and software. The TH800A is suitable for aerospace and aviation, automotive and locomotive, instrumentation and meters, light industry and textiles, electronics and electrical appliances, small molds, and various mechanical manufacturing industries. It can be used for medium- and small-batch, multi-variety production and is indicated as more suitable for linking machines into processing/manufacturing lines for large-batch production.
