Overview

The CLS-080 Single Slitting / 2170 Type is an electrode slitter for calendered electrode web. It executes single-pass slitting using Gang+Shear knives to produce final strip widths from an 800mm input roll for 2170 cylindrical cell format production. Auto Turret unwinding with Auto Turret or Receiver rewinding supports 2~16 lane web handling. - Slitting knife type: Gang+Shear; maintains cut quality with minimal edge burr. - Slitting width: up to 1,400mm (standard 680mm). - Slitting speed: nominal 80~100m/min; maximum 120m/min. - Options: Vision Inspection (surface, width, alignment); Auto Labeler for traceability. - Delivery: 15 months (FOB). Designed for 2170 cylindrical cell electrode preparation, producing single-pass strips from 800mm input rolls. Typical electrode strip widths for 21700-format cells are 60–70mm, aligning the machine to moderate-lane-count single-pass production while simplifying web handling versus two-pass approaches and fitting lines with moderate volume requirements. Applicable to production lines slitting calendered electrode web across 2~16 lanes at nominal 80~100m/min, with optional in-line surface/width/alignment inspection and labeling for traceability to support quality-controlled cell assembly operations.
