Overview
The Duo Eclipse™ two-stage deionisers remove up to 98% of total dissolved solids and will typically produce water with a conductivity of less than 20 µS/cm. Flow rates range from 0.25 to 4 m3/hr, and three models are available with flow ratings of 1.5 m3/hr, 3.0 m3/hr, and 4.0 m3/hr. The systems are skid-mounted and standardised for short lead-times, quick installation and start-up; they include an electronic control panel with indication lamps, a conductivity monitor and manual override, and use conductivity-controlled automatic regeneration to minimize operator involvement. Available options include a regenerant storage system with low level chemical switches linked to the Duo Eclipse™ control panel, an inlet cartridge filter, and an acid fume system for carboy operation. Local after-sales service and support teams offer preventative and corrective maintenance programs for installed plant. Applications listed for the Duo Eclipse™ include industrial process water, boiler feed, and metal finishing.
