Pulsroll huller DRHG

Overview

The Pulsroll huller DRHG is designed to remove the seed coats of a wide range of pulses and offers improved yields, a uniform finish and optimum quality. It can hull up to 4 tons of pulses per hour and various motor sizes ranging between 11 kW and 18 kW are available. Adjustable features include the grinding gap, grit of the emery stones, sieves, machine inclination and outlet counterweights; the emery stones come in four sections for individual replacement and an optional interchangeable sieve system is available. The machine provides quick access to clean and change the emery stones and the sieves and is built with a sturdy design with wear parts that protect the machine from abrasive products. The emery stones offer high resistance and handle up to 10,000 tons of product in their lifetime, and the huller has been designed and manufactured to comply with global safety standards for electrical and mechanical operation. The Pulsroll huller DRHG is used to hull pulses by removing seed coats and explicitly lists Beans, Lentils, Peas and Chickpeas as application possibilities. Its adjustable grinding gap, emery stone grits, sieves, machine inclination and outlet counterweights support processing different types and shapes of pulses while helping to maintain consistent milling, improve quality and reduce the amount of brokens and dust.
