The brembana micra 2.0 is a 3 axis CNC sink bowl machine built in USA with the industry-leading features of a standard Brembana CNC machine. It uses a standard Brembana Electro-Spindle 18 HP (13,5 kw) with 0÷15000 rpm and motor torque 22,6 Nm at 6000 rpm, paired with a 150 mm 6° tool and a 10 positions automatic tool holder. X axis maximum stroke is 1270 mm / 50 in, Y axis maximum stroke is 1016 mm / 40 in, Z axis maximum stroke is 229 mm / 9 in, and worktable dimensions X/Y are 1016x762 mm / 40x30 in. Userfriendly CMS-Sink software is installed on a Fagor 8070 OL CNC Controller, the machine has a heavy monoblock structure that ensures optimal absorption of machining stresses and does not require any foundations, and it includes an easy loading/unloading system. Minimum water pressure is 4 bar / 60 psi, minimum air pressure is 6 bar / 95 psi - 5 CFM, water consumption is 40 l/min / 10,6 gal/min; standard voltage and frequency are 480V - 60 Hz, 3 phase with special options 208V - 600V - 60Hz, 3phase; machine dimensions are 3264 x 2438 x 2362 mm / 128,5 x 96 x 93 h in.
