NOVADRY NDi System - Smart NOVADRY-based central vacuum system

Overview

NOVADRY NDi System is a smart NOVADRY-based central vacuum system offering pumping speed up to 600 m³/h and based on a robust dry screw principle, providing 100% oil free operation and Plug & Pump convenience. Smart control is provided via VAControl CAB, which allows operation at a selected target pressure and makes pump data available locally, remotely or in the cloud. VAControl CAB is a single controller to manage processes and provides data recording, maintenance and service alerts, user profiles, and functions such as starts/stops of multiple pumps, pressure control and cloud communication via GENIUS. Two model variants are specified: NOVADRY ND 400i System and NOVADRY ND 600i System; maximum pumping speeds (w/o gas ballast) are 400 m³/h and 600 m³/h respectively, with ultimate pressure w/o gas ballast of 5 mbar. Maximum permissible outlet pressure (rel. to ambient) is 200 mbar and maximum permissible inlet pressure is 1200 mbar for both models, water vapor tolerance with gas ballast is 60 mbar, and water vapor capacity with gas ballast is 13,8 kg/h for ND 400i and 20,7 kg/h for ND 600i. Permissible ambient temperature is 0 to +40 °C for both models, nominal motor power 50Hz / 60Hz is 9 kW for ND 400i and 13 kW for ND 600i, dimensions (L x W x H) are 1410 x 925 x 1503 mm for ND 400i and 1410 x 925 x 1979 mm for ND 600i, and inlet / outlet connection is DN80 / DN80 for both models. The NOVADRY NDi System is specified as a central vacuum system (CVS) for applications with <100 mbar. Typical target applications listed include Food & Packaging, Medical institutions, R&D institutions, Composite producers, electronic component producers, and Pick & Place applications.
