The machine provides precise ram-position and force control driven by servomotors and two heavy-duty ball screws, and the design is described as having fewer components for reduced maintenance cost. Variant technical highlights include strokes of 5.9" (24/12) and 7.9" (40/15, 40/15 Pro, 60/20 Pro); working lengths of 49", 60", 60" and 80.3"; working speeds up to 59"/min and approach/return speeds up to 236"/min. Safety systems are listed as Lightguard optional for the 24/12 and 40/15 models and IRIS Lazer Safe for the Pro models. Clamping is manual for the non-Pro models and manual, hydraulic or pneumatic for the Pro models. The Dyna-Press is described for fast, accurate and flexible bending and is stated to efficiently bend small parts at high speeds up to 59" per minute. The machine and its software are identified as suitable for the bending methods air bending, coining, hemming and bottoming. The product is presented as Industry 4.0 compatible and the accompanying CADMAN software suite provides CADMAN-B bend programming, CADMAN-SDI drawing import, CADMAN-JOB real-time data collection, job tracking and ERP connection, plus a Touch-i4 tablet for KPI performance indication and for sorting and validating parts.
