Hydraulic servo-controlled roll pressing system for calendering coated electrode reels to a uniform thickness, with hot rolling for cathode electrodes and cold rolling for anode electrodes. Continuous web handling is supported by a turret winder with automatic splicing. A thickness meter records real-time measurements automatically. A high-frequency induction heating device prevents wrinkling in non-coated areas during pressing.
