Overview

TubeInspect is a multi-camera tube inspection system built around camera arrays and configurable sensor series for dimension and form verification of bent and formed tubes. Camera hardware options include Series 5 3-megapixel camera arrays and Series 7 12-megapixel cameras; product variants use either an 8-camera array or a 16-camera array to cover different part geometries. Model mapping: TubeInspect P8.2 > TubeInspect 35 M | 37 M; TubeInspect P16.2 > TubeInspect 35 XL | 37 XL. Variant capacity and optical coverage: - TubeInspect 35 M | 37 M: 8-camera array, supports tubes up to 1,000 millimetres in length from end to end and up to 125 millimetres in diameter. - TubeInspect 35 XL | 37 XL: 16-camera array, supports tubes as long as 7 metres and up to 200 millimetres in diameter. Control and metrology features include an Embedded CPU powered by an independent operating system that avoids downtime associated with Windows updates, and ISO 17025 certified calibration for traceable measurement results. Throughput-oriented measurement is supported via BendingStudio XT, which enables batch measurement in TubeInspect so multiple identical parts can be inspected in a single image. Typical deployment is inline or standalone inspection of bent, formed and assembled tubular parts in industrial production and metrology lab environments where repeatable, calibrated dimensional verification is required. The smaller 35 M/37 M configurations suit short-length tubes and smaller diameters; the 35 XL/37 XL configurations are intended for long-run tubes and larger-diameter parts up to 7 metres in length. Integration contexts include production quality control for batch runs (using BendingStudio XT for multi-part measurement) and manufacturing R&D or process validation where minimized downtime is important (Embedded CPU with independent OS) and traceable results are required (ISO 17025 certified calibration).
