Overview

MULTICUT 590 is a floor saw with a newly developed torsion-resistant frame in sandwich construction and a Perkins 3-cylinder turbo diesel engine; output power max. 36 kW / 49 Hp. The engine meets EU Stage V / US EPA Tier 4 Final emission levels and is described as a Modern Perkins 36 kW diesel engine with Stage V exhaust (no AdBlue or other additives required). Described as a powerful floor saw for the toughest building site use in a compact design, the MULTICUT 590 provides a maximum cutting depth of 520 mm and accepts saw blades up to Ø 1200 mm with arbor sizes 35 mm (6x M12 TK 120) / 25.4 mm. Cutting depth is electro-hydraulic and smoothly adjustable with a digital cutting depth display and preselection, left/right cut is possible, and saw blade drive modes (neutral, synchronous or counter-rotation) are selectable. The machine features electric stepless traction drives (forwards 0–50 m/min, reverse 0–25 m/min), an electric feed motor with integrated parking brake and automatic feed control, and an electric motor that allows the machine to be moved and set up without the diesel engine running.
