A452-F Series

Overview

The A452-F Series (A452F) is designed for the cartoning of square and rectangular portions of processed, fresh or cream cheese. The cartoner can be supplied with various types of infeed sections according to customer requirements and uses flat blank cartons which are formed around the product during the loading operation. Highlights include quick format changeover that converts simply to different product sizes. The machine can be converted into a single-head version to handle up to 1 kg cartons. It uses a cost-saving wrap-around system to shape cartons from open flat blanks. Damage-proof product handling is achieved by pre-forming cartons into an open U-shape in a vertical indexing turret.
