HIVIS DISPER MIX Model 3D-2 is a triple shaft, Planetary type Disperser / Kneader / Mixer intended for dispersion, kneading, and emulsification as a laboratory machine. The unit features a twisted blade that rotates on its axis while orbiting the vessel to allow for even temperature of highly viscous material, and it enables mixing (dispersion) at high speed during kneading. Standard specifications: Motor 100V with PLANETARY MIXER: 0.5kW and HOMOGENIZING DISPER: 0.25kW. Mixing head speeds are PLANETARY MIXER orbital revolutions: 10 – 120r/min and own axis rotation: 26 – 308r/min; HOMOGENIZING DISPER: 1,000 – 10,000r/min. Working Capacity is 1-2L and expansion up to 1,600L is possible. Used for dispersion, kneading, and emulsification, including mixing (dispersion) at high speed during kneading. The twisted blade design supports processing of highly viscous material by allowing for even temperature.
