Overview

TCN-2100 is offered in dedicated Turning (TCN-2100 L3/L6) and Turning & Milling (TCN-2100CM L3/L6) configurations. Turning variants use an 8-inch chuck and can be equipped with 8‑station or 12‑station direct‑mount turrets. Max. turning diameter options include φ410 mm and φ340 mm; max. turning length options include 300 mm and 600 mm. Spindle speed is 3200 [OP. 5000] min-1; spindle motor rating is 11/9 kW (30 min,S3 60%/continuous). Rapid traverse rates are X : 24 m/min and Z : 30 m/min. Bar capacity is φ51 mm (subject to chuck/cylinder selection). Machine height is 1700 mm; required floor space for turning variants is 1750×1532 mm (L3) or 2095×1532 mm (L6); machine weight is 2700 kg (L3) or 3200 kg (L6). For the Turning & Milling (TCN-2100CM) configuration the turret is a rotary‑tool 12‑station type, max. turning diameter φ280 mm, max. turning length 208 mm (L3) or 508 mm (L6), rotary tool speed 6000 min-1 and rotary tool motor 5.5/3.7 kW. Required floor space for CM variants is 1810×1532 mm (L3) or 2277×1532 mm (L6); machine weight is 2800 kg (L3) or 3300 kg (L6). The TCN-2100 series targets medium‑scale production and multi‑process machining in industrial settings, handling both bar‑fed turning and turn‑mill operations. With a bar capacity of φ51 mm and chucking capability up to φ410 mm (configuration dependent), the turning variants suit production of shafts, housings and medium‑sized cylindrical components; the CM rotary‑tool option adds driven‑tool milling at up to 6000 min-1 for contouring, drilling and off‑axis milling in a single setup.
