Overview

The PMC-1250 Gravity Die Casting Machine features 1250 × 1100 mm tie-bar spacing, die platen dimension 1580 x 1565 mm, die height distance 400 ~ 900 mm, die stroke 1000 mm, and tie bar diameter Ø 110 mm. Clamping force is 80 ton and ejecting force is 12 ton. Ejecting strokes are mid ejection stroke 0~200 mm and front ejection stroke 0~150 mm. Motor capacity is 58 KVA and machine size is 5650L x 2500W x 5650H with machine weight 21 ton. The control platform is available in PNC or computer-based modes and supports fully automated control of tilt angle, motion sequence, and mold operation. It is equipped with a servo energy-saving motor system replacing conventional motors to reduce energy consumption and mechanical wear while improving operational stability and precision.
