Overview

Front/Post Helium Detection Equipment is suitable for air tightness test of aluminum shell power battery top cover after welding and before liquid injection. Discharge mode: two batteries are a group of parallel incoming materials. The data acquisition system performs real-time acquisition and storage of traceability records corresponding to each product, binds records with the battery bar code, generates a csv file and stores it in the designated folder of the industrial computer for Party A's information management system to read. Product features include stable helium injection with low misjudgment rate; a well designed fixture inside the chamber enabling rapid type change and strong compatibility; large leakage detection function to reduce helium consumption and chamber cleaning frequency; and an equipped helium recovery port to improve helium utilization rate.
