Overview

LR20D-1740 robotic workstation is designed with a load capacity of 20KG and a maximum reach of 1,740mm, and is compatible with injection molding machine models PT200-PT560, EL200-EL450, and FA450-FA550. The robot is installed on top of the injection molding machine for production. It is suitable for extracting various injection-molded parts and can be expanded to incorporate automated processes such as placing inserts, trimming water gates, deburring, marking, and weighing. Electric Control Cabinet Model LRK-S10 has input power supply AC220V-1P, rated power 5KW, and body weight 65kg.
