Model Overview & Specs

Overview

The L-Series uses a linear drive system with THK rails and can reach speeds of up to 7000ipm with high acceleration. It supports cutting head configurations from a single head up to 16 heads and features a full chain feed system with configurable infeed and offload options enabling simultaneous loading, processing, and offloading of material. The L-Series includes a stainless steel sloped-bottomed tank that directs water and debris to a central drain and offers wastewater solutions including recirculating washdown systems, paper bed filtration, and closed loop systems. Safety features include a full safety surround with optional access doors and integrated ladders for tank access. Model cutting areas are: L-3018: Cutting area is 10' (3.0m) in length x 6' (1.8m) in width with 12" (.30m) in Z-Travel; L-3025: Cutting area is 10' (3.0m) in length x 8.3' (2.5m) in width with 12" (.30m) in Z-Travel. The L-Series is built for continuous, high-throughput production and is described as supporting 24/7 operation with the ability to perform simultaneous loading, processing, and offloading of material. It is presented as suitable for water-only cutting where parts tend to be high volume, and its top speed of up to 7000ipm and high acceleration are cited as important for reducing cycle time between parts. Configurable infeed, offload, and cutting head arrangements allow the L-Series to be tailored for either high flexibility between jobs or single-button continuous operation.
