Model XPERTA PIT is offered in variants 20, 25, 35 and 45 with table surfaces (mm) 2.300 x 1.000; 2.800 x 1.000; 3.800 x 1.000; 4.800 x 1.000 respectively. Maximum load on the table (kg) is 4.500 for 20, 6.500 for 25, 8.500 for 35 and 10.500 for 45; turning table Ø mm is 1,000 for 20, 25 and 35 and 10,00 for 45, with turning table speed rpm 250 on all variants. Traverses are Longitudinal X mm 2.000 (20), 2.500 (25), 3.500 (35) and 4.500 (45), Cross Y mm 1.000 and Vertical Z mm 1.000. Maximum feeds are X m/min 25, Y m/min 25 and Z m/min 25. The machine can be equipped with UAD Technology universal and orthogonal indexing milling heads (patented, allowing rotation every 0,02º) and with 5 axes Technology 2 axes contouring heads of the "Twist" type with built in electrospindle or spindle geared transmission. The included UAD Technology heads provide universal and orthogonal indexing milling capability, with patented rotation every 0,02º. The available 5 axes Technology consists of a 2 axes contouring head "Twist" type that can be supplied with a built in electrospindle or a spindle geared transmission.
