WOODS STANDARD TEMPERATURE ROOF FANS

Overview

WOODS STANDARD TEMPERATURE ROOF FANS comprise HR and VR standard temperature roof fans that are energy efficient, have low sound levels, are speed controllable, and are ErP 2018 compliant. They handle volume flow rates up to 5 m³/s and static pressure up to 1180 Pa; 50Hz and 60 Hz option available and AC and EC versions available. The HR fans discharge horizontally while the VR fans discharge vertically; VR EC versions are high efficiency, suitable for open-loop and closed-loop control features, and can be controlled by a 0-10 V signal potentiometer. The fan cowl is made of seawater resistant aluminum for fan sizes up to 500mm and from 560mm onwards they are made of galvanized sheet steel; the centrifugal impeller is polyamide for fan sizes up to 560mm and aluminum above that. Protection guard and rain cowl are included as standard, accessories compatibility includes manual shutters, swing-out frames, flat and sloping roof sockets, and operating temperatures are up to +70°C (depending on size). The fans are intended for buildings, industries and refurbishment projects and can be fitted on either flat roofs or sloping roofs. They are designed to meet desired ventilation needs and to support demand ventilation when HR and VR AC fans are used with a speed controller; VR EC versions provide 0-10 V control and are suitable for open-loop and closed-loop control scenarios.
