Fully automatic cutting center

Overview

The Fully automatic cutting center is a special version of the hydraulic guillotine shear with an automatic sheet feed system and a product discharge system. It uses an energy-efficient hybrid drive with lower CO2 emissions, features user-friendly Touch screen operation, and requires only 22 litres of oil while producing less noise pollution and including an integrated safety system. The automatic sheet feed system consists of a centrally placed CNC pre-stop unit with a flat table with roller balls and is equipped with 6 hydraulic clamps. Adjustment range CNC stop: 3500mm (11.5ft) - Min. residual strip: 46mm (1.8) - Positioning speed of CNC stop: 400mm/sec (15.75in /sec) The automatic product discharge system comprises 2 conveyor belts placed one behind the other, where the first conveyor belt provides a sheet support function and a return device (Return to Sender) and the second transport can be lifted to serve as a scrap flap through which residual strips fall into a scrap bin, after which the sheet is discharged or transported for the next operation fully automatically. The cutting center is ideal where high demands are made on repeat accuracy. It is suitable for cutting pre-punched sheets into components. It is intended for the clean and square cutting of single pieces from large sheets. It can perform precise cutting of single pieces with the option to return the cut sheet to the front of the machine using the return to sender system. It facilitates easy handling and support of very thin sheet material during the cutting process.
