Overview

The MWS-23N is configured as a low cost setup with the limited features required for dicing quartz crystal. Wire control is provided through a direct drive system that saves space and allows for increased wire speeds. Work rollers are arranged in the form of an isosceles triangle to allow cutting at a maximum slicing pitch of 5mm, and long roller life is achieved by a 3 axes direct drive system. Designed specifically for dicing quartz crystal. Intended for low cost setups that require limited features, with direct drive wire control and isosceles-triangle work rollers enabling increased wire speeds and cutting at up to 5mm slicing pitch.
