The FFTprovi Part Feeder is a gravity-based solution for feeding small components into the production process and is part of the mechanical safety circuit, so safety checks are not necessary. It offers high buffer capacity in a small installation space (large number of buffers = high decoupling), enabling long decoupling times. Listed advantages include low space requirement, low operating costs, low investment, simple design, and a low proportion of wearing parts. FFTprovi Part Feeder RS separates components by the component itself, by latches, or by a pre-holding system and feeds inserted components to the removal position by the angle of attack of the feed section. Guidance ensures that nothing is wedged or deformed and Poka-Yoke prevents incorrect operation. Height of insertion area: 850 - 1250 mm; positioning accuracy: b1 1 mm; length, width, inclination, weight and payload depend on the version. Possible extensions: vibration units, Poka-Yoke in the loading area, cover plates against soiling, single-line and multi-line design. FFTprovi Part Feeder B feeds small components within a container, is loaded through pre-loaded containers, and automatically returns empty containers to the operator. Inserted components are fed by gravity due to the angle of the feeding section. Height of insertion area: 850 - 1250 mm; positioning accuracy: b1 1 mm; length, width, inclination, weight and payload depend on the version. Possible extensions: additional linear movement, Poka-Yoke in the loading area, cover plates to prevent soiling, brake rollers to adjust the speed, ESD capability. FFTprovi Part Feeder V uses vertical alignment of the feed line to guide inserted components to the removal position and achieves separation by the component itself, by latches, or by a holding system. Guidance ensures nothing gets jammed or deformed and Poka-yoke prevents incorrect operation. Height of insertion area: 850 - 1250 mm; positioning accuracy: b1 1 mm; electrical specification: 230 / 480 V, 50 Hz and 110 / 480 V, 60 Hz; length, width, weight and payload depend on the version. Possible extensions: additional linear or swivel movement, Poka-Yoke in the loading area, cover plates against soiling.
