Overview

BMK4-A is a semi-automatic balancing machine for electric motors armatures. It is composed of a measuring unit, a milling unit for left and right planes and a pneumatic pick-and-place for the manipulation of the parts from measuring unit to milling unit and vice versa to audit the balanced armatures. Standard configuration features milling in length and the machine can be delivered upon request with components or polar milling tools; loading and unloading are manual. Controlled by an Industrial PC with a PC based operator interface, the machine includes diagnostic and preventive maintenance programs and is described as easy to maintain, compact and user friendly.
