Overview

The CSAN 1000 S1 is a fully automatic, very compact 1-satellite microblasting line (Item no.: 34443, Customs tariff no.: 84243010). Process step: Finishing; Coating procedure: Pretreatment. The system provides gentle wet pre-treatment and post-treatment for coating of HSS and carbide tools up to a diameter of 130 mm and a length of <400mm. The machine features a rotatable blast table with a rotatable satellite plate where tools are placed in appropriate holders, and the stroke movement of the blasting nozzles together with adjustable tool positioning enables reliable, uniform and reproducible processing. Scope of delivery includes: - 1 fully automatic wet blasting system with 1 satellite - Fully automatic processes - 1 special nozzle holder for blasting inserts, hobs and rotary tools (the special nozzle holder guarantees that the angles and distances of the nozzles are maintained) - 1 rinsing station for cleaning the tools after blasting - 1 base plate for holding the tool plates - 1 maintenance pump - 1 initial filling to the system - 1 installation kit.
