ELETTRICA-E series adopts a brand-new high-drive system combined with a professional control system, and is equipped with a high-performance computer with an Intel X86 processor and an open international interface. Clamping force ranges from 1000 to 5500 KN and Tonnage: 100-550. The clamping unit uses a platen and frame design optimized by professional finite element software, with improved strength, reduced stress concentration, and decreased deformation to ensure high-precision mold locking and long-term durability. High-strength tie bars and servo motor drive technology enable precise regulation of the clamping force with high efficiency and energy saving. The machine features a unique electric ejection design that improves ejection accuracy and response speed and enhances overall working efficiency. The injection unit controls product weight to ±0.1% deviation and increases production efficiency by up to 30%.
