Overview

Vibratory Finishing Tub Machine XXZP-ZC200 is a compact vibratory tub machine with quality and design as per USA and European market standards and is CE certified. The machine is fitted with an Italy OLI brand motor and offers multiple panel functional designs. The unit uses a vibrating motor to generate rolling motion between workpieces and abrasive media inside a long U shape work channel so the components grind each other to achieve surface finishing. The working channel lining is made of PU material and the long U shape channel is more suitable for long or large workpieces. Available functional options include an independent control panel with breaker for motor overload protection, Timer, safe hand voltage design for control buttons at the panel face, Stop/Start, Emergency Stop, and Power/Operation indicator; a frequency converter for variable speed drive; a soundproof cover to reduce running noise to 80-85 decibel scope; an auto water and compound dosing device with Auto/Manual modes; a removable tub divider for isolation operation; and customizable extra panel control requirements. The machine is suitable for deburring, descaling, chamfering and polishing of various metal and non-metal workpieces and is especially suited for surface finishing of parts with complex structure.
