P3MB

Overview

The P3MB and P3MBP pressure transducers measure the pressure of liquids and gases and deliver accuracy up to accuracy class 0.1 using proven strain gauge technology. The devices are temperature stable with ±0.1% from the nominal (rated) pressure in the nominal (rated) temperature range and provide excellent repeatability and reproducibility; an electronic data sheet (TEDS) is optionally available. The corrosion-resistant steel measuring body is monolithic, offers an overload range up to 2.5 times nominal (rated) pressure and a degree of protection IP67, and the application temperature range is -40 °C to +100 °C. The series is available in nine nominal (rated) pressure ranges (10 bar, 20 bar, 50 bar, 100 bar, 200 bar, 500 bar, 1000 bar, 2000 bar, 3000 bar), with electrical connection options including fixed cable and plug, transducers of sensor P3MBP are equipped with HS6P plugs, and the output signal is Passive [mV/V] with measurement principle Absolute pressure. Listed mechanical dimensions include lengths 112 mm, 129 mm, 97 mm, 105 mm, 140 mm / 4.41 in, 5.08 in, 3.82 in, 4.13 in, 5.51 in and diameter 25 mm / 0.984 in. The P3MB and P3MBP have been proven in applications such as transmission test rigs, diesel injection pumps, oil pressure measurements and hydraulic applications. They are suitable for both static and highly dynamic measurement tasks, including dynamic measurements with high numbers of load cycles. Their corrosion-resistant monolithic steel body and IP67 protection make them appropriate for use in aggressive and damp environments.
