Fluke TiS55+ Thermal Camera

Overview

Handheld infrared (thermal) camera with an infrared resolution of 256 x 192 (49,152 pixels) and thermal sensitivity 40mk; infrared spectral band ~8-14μm. Instantaneous field of view (IFOV) is 1.91 mRad with a field of view of 28° x 20° and a minimum focus distance of 0.15 m. Available in 9 Hz or 27 Hz frame rate models. Temperature measurement range is -20 °C to 550 °C (not calibrated below -10 °C) with stated accuracy of ±2 °C or 2 % (whichever is greater) at 25 °C ambient temperature. Designed for industrial and maintenance inspections where portable, one-handed thermal imaging is required: electrical panels, mechanical bearings, process equipment, HVAC diagnostics, and building envelope inspections. Rugged packaging (IP54, engineered to withstand a 2M drop) and environmental ratings (operating temperature -10 °C to 50 °C, storage -20 °C to 50 °C without batteries, 10 % to 95 % non-condensing humidity) support field use in manufacturing plants and maintenance yards. WiFi/LAN and smartphone/tablet connectivity with Fluke Connect software plus QR asset tagging enable image upload, asset assignment and centralized reporting for predictive maintenance programs.
