TP300 taping machine

Overview

The TP300 taping machine is available in two versions: TP300B for barrier or margin taping and TP300C for cover taping. Either version can be converted to the other function through the purchase of additional parts. The machine uses an AC servo motor to provide quick and accurate positioning of the tape start/end position. The spindle motor specification is AC Servo 200W with a spindle speed of 1,000rpm. Connection to a personal computer through the RS232C port is used to upload and download programs for extra program storage capacity. The on-line programming feature enables the PC to display taping turns count and production count.
