Overview
The PL500 is a 4-axis palletizing robot with a payload of 500.0 kg, controlled by the YRC1000. It has a horizontal reach of 3159 mm and a vertical reach of 3024 mm. Designed with parallel-link construction and heavy-duty bearings to handle large, unbalanced loads, the PL500 features extremely fast axis speeds and acceleration to reduce cycle time for increased production. Internally routed airlines and electric cables maximize reliability, and the T-axis provides a 100 mm pass-through for end-of-arm tooling connections. The PL500 is suited for palletizing applications. It is also suited for order picking and other logistical tasks for end-of-line or distribution automation.
