Overview

CONTINUOUS FLOW FT Series is Giant Finishing’s specialty high-volume vibratory deburring equipment for parts with short time cycles, including Stampings, laser cut parts, die castings, extrusions, and powdered metal parts. The system is designed for in-line production to allow a continuous flow of parts, enabling an operator to drop parts on a conveyor at one end and receive parts on a constant basis at the other end. The system can be configured for single-operator in-line use or no operator involvement by utilizing conveyors and other material handling systems, and it is described as operable with virtually no operator guidance.
