VACUUM-WET 100

Overview

The VACUUM-WET 100 is a mobile dirty water suction machine for floor saws that fits all machine types, accelerates cutting operations and increases the service life of saw blades. The unit is a stand-alone system mounted on a single sturdy chassis and is driven by its own motor: petrol (VW 100 P) 9,6 kW or electric (VW 100 E) 7,5 kW. The machine can be equipped with accessories such as a protective cover for the saw blade and a suction shoe that can be adapted to any floor saw. The VACUUM-WET 100 is used for sludge extraction during floor sawing work by sucking away cutting sludge to reduce friction on the saw blade, thereby enabling more effective cutting operations and increasing saw blade service life. Collected cutting sludge prevents pollution of the surrounding area, and blade cooling water and cleaned water recovered from the sludge can be reused in further cutting/cooling operations, contributing to minimal freshwater consumption. The system can be combined with LISSMAC mobile dirty water filter systems SFA 400 and SFA 900 for cleaning drilling and cutting sludge to form a sustainable system that combines ecological and economic goals.
