Supported substrates include Plastic, metal, glass, ceramic, stainless steel, etc., and deposition materials include Titanium, Aluminum, Chrome, Copper, TiAl, TiN, SS, etc. Coating film functions listed are Decorative, super hard, wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, reflective, etc., with available coating colors such as Gold, Rose gold, silver, black, blue, coffee, rainbow, purple, etc. The equipment provides high-performance coatings to meet requirements for biocompatibility, durability, sterility, functionality and aesthetics. The coating process is carried out in a high vacuum environment producing dense, non-porous, high-purity films with precisely controllable thickness usually in the micron or sub-micron range, and the coating material is described as chemically stable for long-term implantation.
