RXU1001 – Quadroguide

Overview

RXU1001 – Quadroguide with QUADROGUIDE for high roughing capacity, dynamics and precision. All axes with direct drives. Milling spindle may be chosen depending on the application, up to 102 Nm (S1) available; the standard milling spindle is 24,000 rpm, 67 Nm (S1), HSK A63 with max. tool diameter 35 mm (others on request). Machining range is 1000 mm x 810 mm x 500 mm with a table size of 996 mm x 796 mm and a maximum height of 700 mm between spindle nose and machine table (680 mm clearance between machine table and portal). Workpiece weight max. 2,000 kg and feed 0–60,000 mm/min. Tool changer: 40 places standard, optional 75 or more places (chain changer can be loaded during machining), and an integrated measuring laser. Chip disposal is with 2 screws into a chip box behind the machine or with an additional chip conveyor. Machine weight is ~19.5 t and required space is W 4120 mm x L 4910 mm with HC (depending on configuration) x H 3300 mm. Described as ideal for forging dies, mould and die making, aerospace industry, medical applications, machine production and part manufacturing.
