High-speed Pressurized Flotation Unit

Overview

The 高速加圧浮上装置 achieves processing at five times the speed of conventional pressurized flotation equipment. Its design fundamentally revises the structure of the pressurized flotation tank to realize processing speeds several times those of conventional pressurized flotation. The structural improvements increase water surface loading by a factor of five versus conventional units and substantially reduce the required installation footprint. Available models and their rated processing capacities and main body installation dimensions are: • MSAF-50: 50 m3/h; 1000×4000×2800 mm • MSAF-100: 50〜100 m3/h; 1800×4770×3200 mm • MSAF-200: 100〜200 m3/h; 2200×7100×3200 mm • MSAF-500（槽）: 200〜500 m3/h; 3000×8800×5400 mm • MSAF-1000（槽）: 500〜1000 m3/h; 4600×11450×5400 mm. The tanks for MSAF-500 and MSAF-1000 are civil water tanks. The equipment is intended for situations where installation space is limited during retrofit or renewal work and for large-capacity treatment. It supports startup across a wide range of influent concentrations from low to high. Depending on the wastewater, the system can be configured as a one-pass type (thick water direct pressurization) to reduce constituent equipment and provide a simpler process.
