Overview

The GR-510 is a CNC gantry router with travels of 121.00 in (X) x 61.00 in (Y) x 11.00 in (Z). The machine has a 122.0 in x 53.0 in table and a 1" thick aluminum table is standard. The machine features rigid-steel construction and a traveling guard for chip and coolant containment. Between columns is 62.0 in (1575 mm) and the maximum evenly distributed weight on the table is 6000 lb (2722 kg). The spindle is an 8100-rpm spindle rated 15.0 hp (11.2 kW) with a max speed of 8100 rpm, max torque of 48.0 ft-lbf @ 1500 rpm (65.0 Nm @ 1500 rpm), CT or BT 40 taper, and a Direct Speed, Belt Drive spindle drive system. Coolant capacity is 95 gal (360 L), air required is 4 scfm @ 100 psi (113 L/min @ 6.9 bar) with a 3/8 in inline air hose and 3/8 in coupler, and minimum air pressure is 80 psi (5.5 bar). Input AC voltage (3 Phase) is 220 VAC (Low) at 40 A full load and 440 VAC (High) at 20 A full load, and machine weight is 19400 lb (8800.0 kg).
