Overview

Mechanical dial-type vacuum gauges for rough pressure measurement, supplied as portable mechanical instruments with a visual dial readout for direct monitoring of system pressure. Measuring capability: approx. from 1000 mbar (atmospheric pressure, 750 Torr) to 1 mbar (0,75 Torr). CAPSULE full scales: 1000 to 1mbar (750 to 0.75 torr); 100 to 1 mbar (75 to 0.75 torr). CAPSULE is noted as being more reliable at pressures below 10 mbar/torr. Construction and interfaces: stainless-steel measuring cell; connection options include DN 16 ISO-KF flange and a 10 mm diameter hose nozzle with integrated isolation valve to allow quick hookup and isolation during removal. Environmental and mechanical robustness: IP54 rating and resistance against vibrations / Insensitive to vibrations, intended for use in harsher industrial environments where a rugged, non-electronic pressure indicator is required. Intended for installation on industrial vacuum systems to monitor roughing and low-vacuum ranges where a simple, rugged mechanical indicator is preferred (e.g., pump lines, roughing stages, service/maintenance checks). The integrated isolation valve on the 10 mm hose nozzle supports safe disconnection during inline checks. CAPSULE-configured units are appropriate when more reliable indication below 10 mbar/torr is needed; selectable full-scale ranges (1000 to 1mbar and 100 to 1 mbar) let users match sensitivity to process vacuum levels. The IP54 protection and vibration resistance suit shop-floor and field-service environments where dust, splashes and mechanical disturbance are present.
