Overview

HJXE400 Step-lap Transformer Core Cutting Line is an automatic cut-to-length line for silicon steel coil described as necessary production equipment for transformer lamination manufacturing. It can cut 45° and 135° shear, perform transverse and longitudinal progressive shear, hole punching and V notching, and is stated to use international famous brand electric elements for high speed, high quality, high stability and high precision. Main technical parameters include incoming coil specifications: width tolerance ≤0.1mm, burr ≤0.03mm, linearity no more than 0.1mm in 1000mm, wavy ≤15mm/1000mm, steel thickness 0.23-0.35mm, and steel width 40-410mm. Product specifications list workpiece length 350-2500mm, hole diameter Ø10-Ø24mm positioned on the center line as required, length tolerance (0.2mm/1m, angle tolerance 0.1°, cutting burr ≤0.02mm (one time grinding for 500,000 times cutting), and punching burr ≤0.02mm (one time grinding for 200,000-300,000 times cutting). Feeding speed is 0-100m/min and total power consumption is approx 15KW; air consumption is 1.5m³/min (air compressor pressure not less than 0.6Mpa). Electricity is listed as 380V(10%, 3 phase, 50Hz, or as per your requirements) and line direction can be left to right or as per requirements. Main components and capabilities include a double head decoiler with Coil ID Ø470-Ø520mm, Coil OD max Ø1000mm, coil max width 410mm, coil max weight 1.5 tons, motor drive for 180° rotate double head change and decoiling speed controlled by sensor on guiding slope. The feeder is servo feeding with upper and lower polyurethane-covered feed rollers, Delta control system drive, length measuring by high precision wear measuring roller with real-time encoder feedback and adjustable clamping pressure. The punching section supports step-lap cutting of 1 or 2 pcs every step, Delta servo motor drive, transversal adjust precision ≤±0.05mm, V notching max depth 220mm and hole diameter Ø10mm～Ø24mm. Cutting includes 45°/90° and 135° servo electric shearing with Delta servo motor drive and a 1st shear that can be fixed at 45° or 90° (manual change). The output conveyor is center locating, motor driven with adjustable speed and a magnet under the conveyor; the work pieces feeding, separating & collecting platform has max stacking height 300mm. Product stacking trolley dimensions are table length 2200mm, trolley width 1200mm and nominal capacity 2000kg. The whole line has an automatic positioning width-adjustment mechanism driven by electric motor, pneumatic system components (compressor and filter) are prepared by the buyer, and the electric control system uses Delta touch screen operation, Delta PLC control and a digital English display. The line is used as an automatic cut-to-length production line for silicon steel coil for transformer lamination manufacturing. It is suitable for producing series shapes of workpieces for the transformer industry by performing step-lap cutting, V notching, hole punching and 45°/90°/135° shearing with servo feeding and automatic stacking. The integrated work process covers coil decoiling, speed adjusting, servo length feeding and positioning, V notching and hole punching, sequential shearing, conveyor transfer, workpiece collection and automatic product stacking.
