Roll Press (Calender)
SFA NEXEL (formerly CIS)
Model Overview & Specs
Overview
Roll Press (Calender) is a machine for forming high-density electrodes by applying pressure to coated electrode plates with electrode material. Components include Unwinder, Reducer, Feeding Unit, Main Roll, and Hydualic Servo Control. High technology features include pre-heating advancement and reduction of electrode temperature variation, and minimization of wrinkle and shadow formation. Process performance features include control of process defects such as wrinkle formation in uncoated areas, pressing efficiency enhancement technology for increasing electrode density, and highly uniform, high-speed rolling technology for productivity enhancement. Foil width: 140~1500 (mm). Rolling type: Heating/Cold. Used to form high-density electrodes by applying pressure to coated electrode plates with electrode material. Used to control process defects such as wrinkle formation in uncoated areas and to increase electrode density through pressing efficiency enhancement and highly uniform, high-speed rolling technology.
