H-IRB-50

Overview

The H-IRB-50 is described as a H-IHB heavy horizontal balancing machine for the static and dynamic balancing of workpieces such as impellers, fans, rotors, turbines and rolls. Maximum rotor weight is 50 kg and minimum rotor weight is 10 kg. Maximum rotor diameter is 500 mm, minimum shaft diameter is 5 mm and maximum shaft diameter is 130 mm. Motor power is 2,2 kW and the standard drive unit is Belt (Std.). Bed length is 1500 mm. The balancing program runs on a licensed Windows system. Each machine is supplied with CE certification. Performing static and dynamic balancing of impellers, fans, rotors, turbines and rolls. For heavy machines and large rotors, use of the shaft drive unit is recommended to provide adjustable speed via a gearbox and to support precise measurements.
