25 Series

Overview

The 25 Series is explicitly designed for the machining of complex, large-volume workpieces. It has a spindle distance of 800 mm. The DZ 25 S five axis is described as ideal for direct loading, while the DZ 25 P five axis includes a pallet changer for double spindle machining of aluminum components and is stated to deliver significantly reduced cycle times, excellent parts quality, and high flexibility. The machine is operated and loaded on separate sides, allowing optimum access to the working area and a clear view of the process. Spindles can be moved independently in the X and Z direction to ensure greater precision.
