Jetline® 9' x 9' Weld Head Locator

Overview

Jetline® 9' x 9' Weld Head Locator provides 9 ft. of vertical and horizontal travel to position the weld head for circumferential or linear welding applications. The column includes 360° rotation to rotate and position the welding head over multiple welding positioners or other fixtures. The motorized boom is powered vertical and horizontally, and the horizontal motion can be used as a welding axis for linear joints. The manipulator has a weight capacity of 500 lbs and comes standard with linear rails for precision boom movement. Supported processes include MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Plasma Arc Welding (PAW). Available options include Arc Length/Voltage Control (GTAW/PAW), Cold & Hot Wire Feed Systems, Magnetic and Mechanical Oscillators, Seam Tracking, Cross Slide (manual and motorized), 90 deg swivel, 90 deg bracket, Cable Management, and integrated Miller weld process packages. Accessory items listed include Water Coolant Systems, SubArc AC/DC and SubArc DC Digital welding power sources, Weldcraft™ W-500 Automation Series TIG Torch, arc length control, cold and hot wire feeders, tactile seam tracking systems, oscillators, and motorized slides. Multiple base options include a standard cross base or optional manual or powered travel cart bases with optional tracks available in 10ft increments. Multiple control system options are available with 9900 Series computer based or 9700 Series micro-processor based controllers, and Jetline systems are covered by a three-year limited warranty.
