V4014F – Clausing Kalamazoo Vertical Band Saw with 40” x 14” Capacity Throat

Overview

The V4014F Clausing Kalamazoo Vertical Band Saw has a 40 inch x 14 inch capacity throat. Blade speeds range from 50-5200 SFPM, blade width range is 1/8 inch – 1 inch, and blade length is 262.5 inch. Drive type is motor to gearbox powered by a 5 Hp motor with dual range transmission and a brake that provides full stop from max speed within 10 seconds. The fixed heavy duty cast iron work table measures 29 x 27 inch and tilts 15 degrees left and 15 degrees right, and an auxiliary left table measures 19 inch W x 26-3/4 inch L. Machine size (inch) is 72 x 41 x 113, machine weight is 2976 lbs., voltage is 230 or 460 with 3 phase, coolant system is Chip Blower, blade guide type is Chevron with sets of (4) guides in sizes 1/16 inch, 1/8 inch, 3/16 inch, 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch and back-up rollers in blade guide brackets, and included features list a magnetic starter with 110V control circuit and overload protection, bonded rubber band wheels, 110V work light, built-in air chip blower, blade tension indicator, blade speed indicator, rip fence, locking band wheel doors, and a 2 year limited warranty. The V4014F is designed for volume production. Optional welder and grinder are offered to increase production time.
